Lead generation · Rooftop solar installer
A rooftop solar website that went from zero to 7 to 10 leads a week
A solar installer with a slow, client-rendered site and no lead tracking. We rebuilt it as fast static pages with price pages for every system size, calculators, subsidy guides and local area guides, plus a Tamil blog. It now brings in 7 to 10 leads a week.

The challenge
Blues Renewables installs rooftop solar for homes, businesses and factories across Tamil Nadu. Their website looked good, but it was built with a design tool that rendered every page in the browser. Mobile visitors waited for JavaScript before they saw anything, and search engines had to run that JavaScript to read the content.
Worse, the enquiry forms on many pages did not work, and Google Analytics had never recorded a single lead. The business had no way to tell which pages brought in customers. Buyer searches such as solar panel prices in Chennai sat on page two or three of Google.
What we built
Static, fast pages
We prerendered every page to static HTML, so the content arrives in the first response. Font and layout work on mobile cut Largest Contentful Paint by roughly 0.75 to 0.9 seconds in lab tests, lifting mobile Lighthouse scores from the mid 80s to the mid 90s.
Pages for every buying question
Price pages for each system size from 3 kW up to 500 kW commercial plants, solar and ROI calculators, and guides to the PM Surya Ghar subsidy and the new Tamil Nadu state top-up, all written from official sources.
Local area guides
Pages for 129 Tamil Nadu localities, with researched local guides and their own FAQs, so a page about one neighbourhood actually says something specific about it.
A Tamil blog
20 Tamil articles with proper hreflang pairs, because many buyers search for solar in Tamil and competitors ignore them.
Working lead capture
Every form now submits, and calls, WhatsApp clicks and quote requests are tracked as lead events in Google Analytics 4.
The results
Before the rebuild, the website brought in no tracked leads at all. Blues Renewables now gets 7 to 10 enquiries a week from the website, through quote forms, calls and WhatsApp.
In the first two weeks of Search Console data (6 to 19 August 2026) the site earned 14 clicks from 860 impressions. In the two weeks to 11 October 2026 it earned 560 clicks from 35,466 impressions.
That is 40 times the clicks and 41 times the impressions in two months, across 325 pages that are all in the sitemap and indexed.
