Epoxy Flooring Website Development Company for More Booked Garage Floor Estimates

A new homeowner with a stained garage slab, a lifter building a garage gym and a facilities manager with a dusting warehouse floor all search for a floor coating company differently. Billion Web Studio gives each one a page that answers the real question, shows your flake, metallic, quartz and polyaspartic floors on real local jobs, and turns the visit into a quote request with square footage, garage size, floor condition and photos. Every call and form is tracked to the page that produced it.

The short answer

What does an epoxy flooring website development company do?

An epoxy flooring website development company builds websites for epoxy and floor coating contractors that turn searches for garage floor epoxy, flake (chip) floors, metallic epoxy, quartz and polyaspartic coatings into answered calls and quote requests that arrive with square footage, garage size, floor condition and photos. The site has to show your floors on real local garages and shops, explain why grinding and moisture testing decide whether a coating lasts, and prove that your crew, not a weekend kit, does the work.

For a residential coating company that means a page per system, a garage floor page for 1, 2 and 3 car garages, a flake and color chart, a before-and-after gallery tagged by town and system, and a quote form that does the qualifying for you. For a commercial or industrial applicator it means pages for warehouses, commercial kitchens, showrooms and hangars, the downtime and performance questions facility buyers ask, and a bid request that accepts plans.

Billion Web Studio is an epoxy flooring website development company that builds all of this as one fixed-scope project: design, system, service and area pages, HomeAndConstructionBusiness schema, call and form tracking in GA4, and quote requests posted into Jobber, Housecall Pro, ServiceTitan or the CRM you already run. You own the site, the domain and every account from day one, with no per-lead fees and no lock-in.

The market

What do the numbers say about epoxy and floor coating companies online?

A coated garage floor is a considered purchase: a few thousand dollars for a floor the buyer could try to cover with a box kit from a big box store. Homeowners arrive with a price in mind from cost guides, compare quotes on days on site and warranty, and rarely know what grinding or a moisture test is. The figures below show what buyers expect to pay, and how quickly they drop a company with thin reviews or an unanswered phone.

How they choose

How do customers find and choose an epoxy flooring company?

Most homeowners coat a garage floor once, so they start knowing very little and learn fast from cost guides, Reddit threads and YouTube. Commercial buyers start from a problem: a failing floor, an inspection or a fit-out date. Here is how both buy, and what your site has to do at each step.

  1. 1

    Something pushes the project

A new house with a bare or stained slab, a garage turning into a gym or a shop, a sale coming up, or an old coating peeling where the tires sit. On the commercial side it is a dusting warehouse slab, a kitchen floor that will not pass inspection or a showroom opening. The site needs a page that meets each trigger: garage floors, garage gyms and shops, coating repair and recoat, warehouses, commercial kitchens.

  2. 2

They learn the systems on a phone

They ask whether polyaspartic beats epoxy, whether a one-day install holds up, and what flake looks like next to metallic. System pages that answer plainly, with your local jobs and the cure time for each system, win that research. HomeAdvisor and Bob Vila publish price ranges, so buyers arrive with a number in mind whether you publish one or not.

  3. 3

They picture it in their own garage

Flake blends look different in a photo, in daylight and under shop lights. A color and flake chart, an optional visualizer, close-ups of real floors and a gallery filtered by system, color and town let a buyer choose before anyone drives out.

  4. 4

    They request a quote

This is where the job is won. The form asks for square footage or garage size (1, 2 or 3 car), floor condition (cracks, oil stains, an old coating, new concrete), photos and the finish wanted, then offers a ballpark call or an on-site estimate. Commercial buyers get a bid request that accepts plans and downtime windows.

  5. 5

    They compare quotes and warranties

Two quotes for the same garage can differ in prep, product, number of coats, days on site and warranty terms. A Reddit homeowner weighing a one-day quote with a 5-year warranty against a three-day quote with a lifetime warranty asked exactly this. A page that explains your prep, your system and what the warranty covers in writing helps your quote win when the totals look different.

The problem

Why do epoxy flooring websites lose booked jobs?

Epoxy flooring websites lose booked jobs for 6 reasons, led by these three: a wall of glossy floors and no reason to choose you, junk leads from instant forms and price questions left unanswered. None of it is about how the site looks.

Leak 01

A wall of glossy floors and no reason to choose you

Many coating sites are a hero video, a gallery and a phone number. Nothing explains the systems, the prep or the warranty, so Google and AI assistants have nothing original to rank, and the buyer leaves to read a Reddit thread that answers the question.

Leak 02

Junk leads from instant forms

Owners on Reddit and under epoxy business videos on YouTube say social ad leads get worse over time. In-app forms are easy to submit and carry no garage size, condition or photos, so the estimator drives out to tire kickers and price shoppers.

Leak 03

Price questions left unanswered

Buyers have already seen cost guide ranges per square foot. A site that says nothing about price leaves them to assume the worst or book three free estimates and pick the cheapest. A page on what drives the price, with a range if you choose to publish one, filters buyers before the visit.

Leak 04

Prep hidden, so you lose to the kit-and-roller crew

Peeling, hot tire pickup and failures at the tire marks come back to prep and moisture again and again in r/epoxy threads. If your site never shows the diamond grinding, crack repair and moisture testing you do, a buyer cannot see why your quote is higher than a crew rolling a store-bought kit onto unground concrete.

Leak 05

One page for every system

Flake, metallic, quartz, polyaspartic and commercial coatings lumped into a single Services paragraph rank for none of them. Each system is a separate search, a separate look and often a separate buyer.

Leak 06

Claims that can backfire

A lifetime warranty with no written terms, "zero VOC" or "no odor" claims the product data sheet does not support, "dust-free" grinding on a job that produces silica dust, a missing license number in California or Arizona, and California sites that say "bonded". Each one can break an FTC guide or a state rule.

Generic vs built for you

Why does a generic website fail epoxy and floor coating companies?

A template is built to fit every business, so it fits yours badly. Here is what changes when the site is planned around how customers actually buy.

What you need

What does every epoxy flooring website need?

Every epoxy flooring website needs system pages for flake, metallic, quartz and polyaspartic, garage floor page by garage size, commercial and industrial floors and surface prep and grinding, plus the 8 other features below. Billion Web Studio builds all of them into every epoxy flooring website.

  1. Must-have · 01

System pages for flake, metallic, quartz and polyaspartic

One page per system you install: how it looks, where it works (garages, basements, patios, shops, kitchens), slip resistance options, cure time, care, warranty and real local jobs. A comparison page answers the epoxy vs polyaspartic question directly.

  2. Must-have · 02

Garage floor page by garage size

The page most homeowners land on. It covers 1, 2 and 3 car garages, what drives the price, how many days the garage is out of use, and what happens to the stuff inside, with a quote button above the fold.

  3. Must-have · 03

    Commercial and industrial floors

Separate pages for warehouses, shops, commercial kitchens, showrooms and hangars, with chemical and traffic questions answered, after-hours or phased installs, and a bid request that accepts plans and square footage.

  4. Must-have · 04

    Surface prep and grinding

What diamond grinding is and why it matters, crack and joint repair, removing old coatings, and the dust collection you use. This is the page that explains why your quote is higher than a crew with a roller.

  5. Must-have · 05

    Moisture testing

Which test you run, such as the ASTM F1869 calcium chloride test or ASTM F2170 in situ relative humidity probes, what happens when a slab reads high, and when a moisture barrier coat is added. New-build buyers need this page most.

  6. Must-have · 06

    Cure time and care

When people can walk on the floor, put things back and park on it for each system, as your product data sheets state, plus cleaning, mats under hot tires and what voids the warranty.

  7. Must-have · 07

Flake and color chart or visualizer

The blends and colors you stock, shown on real floors as well as swatches, with an optional visualizer and a sample request. Color choice is tracked as a lead step, because it often comes right before a quote.

  8. Must-have · 08

Before-and-after gallery by town and system

Every job tagged with town, system, color and garage size, so a buyer in one subdivision sees the flake floor you finished three streets away. Your crew's CompanyCam photos keep it growing.

  9. Must-have · 09

    A quote form that qualifies

Square footage or garage size (1, 2 or 3 car), floor condition (new, cracked, oil stained, old coating), photos, the finish wanted and timing first, then contact details. Small or out-of-area jobs are flagged before anyone drives.

  10. Must-have · 10

Warranty terms and financing in plain words

What the warranty covers (peeling, hot tire pickup, staining), for how long, what voids it and how to claim. Financing appears only if you offer it, with the APR, term and down payment Regulation Z requires next to any payment example.

  11. Must-have · 11

Service area pages only where you work

A service area hub and a page for each town you genuinely serve, each with jobs from that town. No copy-paste pages for places your crew never goes.

  12. Must-have · 12

    Reviews, license and crew proof

Your Google rating and recent reviews, license numbers where your state requires them, insurance, the owner's name and photo, and any manufacturer training or certification held by named people.

What we build

Which pages should an epoxy flooring website have?

An epoxy flooring website needs 6 groups of pages: coating systems, garages and homes, commercial and industrial, how the work is done, choose and price and proof and areas. This is the epoxy flooring website design Billion Web Studio would start from for a garage floor coating company that also takes commercial work. We trim it to the systems, services and towns you really sell, and we drop the commercial section if that work is not part of your business.

Calls, bookings, leads

How does an epoxy flooring website turn visitors into booked jobs?

An epoxy lead is worth something when it becomes an estimate and then a coated floor. Billion Web Studio builds every path a homeowner or facility buyer can take, sends each one into the system you already use, and tracks it so you can see which pages and channels produce jobs.

  • 01Quote requests with photos and garage sizeA guided form captures square footage or garage size, floor condition, photos, finish and timing, then posts into Jobber, Housecall Pro, ServiceTitan or your CRM with an instant alert to the estimator.
  • 02Ballpark calls before site visitsPhotos and condition come in before the call, so you can give a range on the phone and only drive to buyers who are ready. One contractor on r/epoxy reported that qualifying on the phone first lifted his close rate sharply.
  • 03Calls and texts with fast follow-upA sticky call button, a text option and a callback request, with instant alerts so the first reply goes out in minutes. Up to 85% of callers who are not answered will not call back (CallRail, 2025).
  • 04Commercial and industrial bidsA bid form that accepts plans, square footage, use (forklifts, kitchens, chemicals) and downtime windows, routed to the person who quotes commercial work.
  • 05Color choice and sample requestsPicking a flake blend or requesting a chip sample is tracked as a lead step and passed to the estimator, because it usually comes right before a quote.
  • 06Tracking every lead to its sourceTracking numbers per channel and every form recorded as a GA4 lead event, so you can match leads to booked estimates and to invoices in QuickBooks or your job software.
  • 07Review requests after every floorA one-tap Google review link sent to every customer when the job is done, with no filter for unhappy customers, in line with the FTC rule on reviews.

AI search

Floor coating buyers now ask ChatGPT, Google AI Mode and Perplexity which system to choose and who installs it well nearby. BrightLocal found 45% of consumers have used AI tools for local recommendations, up from 6% a year earlier, and in AI answers about service businesses Google Business Profile made up 45% of citations, Yelp 12.3% and Facebook 4.4% (BrightLocal, Aug 2026). Assistants recommend companies they can verify across several sources, and they quote pages that answer the question directly.

Questions your customers ask AI assistants

  • Best garage floor coating company in Mesa?
  • Is polyaspartic better than epoxy for a garage?
  • Why is my epoxy garage floor peeling at the tires?
  • How long before I can park on a new flake floor?
  • Does a garage floor need a moisture test before epoxy?
  • Who does metallic epoxy floors near me with good reviews?
  • Listings that match the site

Business name, address or service area, hours, phone and categories match across the site, Google Business Profile, Yelp, Facebook and BBB, with the most specific category Google offers for coating work.

  • Direct answers to system questions

Each system page opens with a plain sentence an assistant can lift ("Polyaspartic cures faster than epoxy, so a garage can often be coated and back in use sooner"), followed by your local detail and jobs.

  • Real jobs with town and system

Job pages naming the system, color, garage size and town give assistants evidence that you install what you claim, where you claim.

  • Recent reviews that mention the work

Reviews that mention the floor type, the crew and the town are signals an assistant can check. A steady request flow beats an old pile.

  • Schema and facts in plain text

Billion Web Studio marks up the business, services and areas, and states systems installed, prep methods, warranty terms and licenses in visible text where both search engines and assistants read them.

  • Original answers on prep and failures

Pages that explain why coatings peel, what hot tire pickup is and how moisture testing works give assistants something to cite that gallery-only competitor sites do not have.

Compliance and trust

What rules does an epoxy flooring website have to follow?

Floor coating advertising touches more rules than most owners expect: license numbers, silica dust from grinding, moisture claims, VOC and odor claims, reviews and financing. Billion Web Studio builds pages and forms that support these rules. We do not give legal advice or certify compliance; confirm the details with your state board or attorney before launch.

License numbers and the word "bonded"

California's CSLB requires the license number on advertisements, including websites, and says contractors may advertise only within their classification and may not advertise that they are bonded; penalties run from $100 to $5,000. The C-15 Flooring and Floor Covering classification covers preparing surfaces and installing flooring, and some coating work may sit under other classes such as C-33 Painting and Decorating, so confirm yours with CSLB. Arizona requires the ROC number on internet advertising unless the ad links to a site that prominently shows the name and number. Florida's DBPR lists painting and installing wood or tile flooring as work that needs no state contractor license, so county and city rules apply there.

Silica dust from grinding

OSHA's respirable crystalline silica standard for construction (29 CFR 1926.1153) sets an exposure limit of 50 micrograms per cubic meter over an 8-hour shift and requires a written exposure control plan. Its Table 1 lists walk-behind floor grinders with either water delivery or a dust collection system with a filter of 99% or greater efficiency. Prep pages describe the dust control you really use, and a "dust-free" claim appears only if it is true.

Moisture testing claims

ASTM F1869 measures the moisture vapor emission rate of a concrete slab with anhydrous calcium chloride, and ASTM F2170 measures relative humidity inside the slab with in situ probes. ASTM notes that excess slab moisture can cause coatings to debond and that manufacturers generally require testing before installation. Moisture pages name the test you run and follow your product's limits, not a general promise.

VOC, odor and "non-toxic" claims

South Coast AQMD Rule 1113 limits floor coatings sold or applied in its district to 50 grams of VOC per liter. The FTC Green Guides (16 CFR 260.9 and 260.10) treat unqualified "free-of" and "non-toxic" claims as deceptive when the product does not live up to them. Billion Web Studio repeats a low-VOC or low-odor claim only as the product data sheet states it.

Reviews and testimonials

The FTC rule on consumer reviews (16 CFR Part 465) bans fake reviews, buying reviews conditioned on what they say, undisclosed insider reviews, company-controlled review sites posing as independent and review suppression. In the UK, the Digital Markets, Competition and Consumers Act 2024 bans fake and concealed incentivised reviews, with CMA guidance published in April 2025. Review requests go to every customer, with no filtering.

Financing, texting, home sales and accessibility

Under Regulation Z (12 CFR 1026.24), a monthly payment example triggers APR, term and down payment disclosure. Texts need TCPA consent (47 CFR 64.1200), so forms carry plain consent wording and a STOP path. Sales of $25 or more made at the buyer's home can be cancelled within three business days under the FTC Cooling-Off Rule. The Department of Justice says the ADA applies to websites of businesses open to the public, so Billion Web Studio builds to WCAG: alt text on gallery photos, labeled form fields and keyboard-friendly color pickers.

Asked online

What do epoxy and floor coating companies ask about websites?

We read where epoxy owners and their buyers talk: r/epoxy, r/Concrete, r/GarageGym, r/HomeImprovement, r/smallbusiness and r/marketing, Google Business Profile threads, and comment sections under epoxy business videos on YouTube. Owners worry about junk leads, pricing and looking legitimate; buyers worry about peeling floors, one-day installs and moisture. These are their questions, paraphrased, with straight answers you can use whether or not you hire us.

Where owners talkr/epoxyr/Concreter/GarageGymr/HomeImprovementr/smallbusinessr/marketingr/GoogleMyBusinessYouTube comments on epoxy flooring business videos

From r/marketing

“We close well once we are in front of a customer, but Google and Facebook ads barely bring calls. What are we missing?”

Our answer: Fix the destination before buying more ads. Send each ad to a matching page on your own site (garage floors, flake, metallic), with your local jobs, what drives the price and a quote form that asks for garage size, condition and photos. Set up and verify your Google Business Profile, ask every customer for a review, and track calls and forms in GA4 so you judge each channel by booked estimates, not clicks.

From r/smallbusiness

“None of my competitors post prices. Should I put mine on my epoxy website?”

Our answer: Publish at least what drives the price, and a range if you are comfortable. Replies in the thread said shoppers move on when no price is shown, and cost guides already give buyers a number per square foot. A page that explains garage size, condition, prep and system, with a quote form next to it, filters price shoppers and makes your number easier to defend.

From r/epoxy

“How do I stop driving to estimates for people who were never going to buy?”

Our answer: Qualify before the visit. One r/epoxy contractor said asking whether the buyer is ready to start if everything checks out lifted his close rate sharply. A website can do the first half of that: a form that asks for garage size, condition, photos and timing, and a garage floor page that sets price expectations, so the estimate call starts with a real buyer.

From r/epoxy

“Our new-build garage floor is already peeling where the tires sit. What went wrong?”

Our answer: Poor prep is the most common answer in that thread: a thin coating rolled onto concrete that was never ground. Hot tires lift a coating that has nothing to grip. For a coating company, this is the reason to publish a prep page showing your diamond grinding and a warranty page that names hot tire pickup, because buyers searching after a failure are looking for someone who explains it.

From r/Concrete

“We keep finding high moisture readings in brand-new homes. How do we explain a vapor barrier to the homeowner and builder?”

Our answer: Explain it on your site before the job, not in the driveway. A moisture testing page that names the test you run (ASTM F1869 calcium chloride or ASTM F2170 relative humidity probes), what a high reading means and when a moisture barrier coat is added turns an awkward upsell into a documented step. List the barrier as its own line on the quote so the buyer sees why it is there.

From r/HomeImprovement

“One quote for my 3 car garage is a one-day job with a 5-year warranty, the other is three days with a lifetime warranty. Is the one-day company cutting corners?”

Our answer: Not necessarily: polyaspartic systems can be prepped and coated in a day, as the top reply said. Compare what each quote includes: grinding or etching, crack repair, the products and number of coats, and what each warranty covers in writing. A coating company that publishes its prep, its system and its warranty terms gives buyers the answer to this question before they ask it.

From r/GarageGym

“Is a professional polyaspartic coating worth it under rubber mats in a garage gym in a humid climate?”

Our answer: A coating is worth it when the garage also has to be a clean, easy-to-wash floor around the mats, and replies were split, with some lifters saying stall mats alone are enough. For a coating company, that split is a page: a garage gym and workshop page that shows coated floors with mats, explains moisture under mats and covers cleaning, written for lifters searching exactly this.

From r/GoogleMyBusiness

“We are a service area business. Should we build a page for every town we want to rank in?”

Our answer: Build pages only for towns you really serve, each with jobs from that town. Replies in the thread said listing service areas alone does not make a business rank there, and copy-paste city pages do not help. A town page with real floors, local reviews and the drive time you actually cover gives Google and buyers a reason to trust it.

From YouTube comments on an epoxy flooring business video

“What license do you need to run an epoxy floor coating business?”

Our answer: Your state contractor board decides, so check it before you advertise. In California, flooring preparation and installation falls under the CSLB C-15 Flooring and Floor Covering license, some coating work may fall under C-33 Painting and Decorating, and the license number must appear on websites. Arizona requires the ROC number on internet advertising. Florida's DBPR does not require a state license for painting or wood or tile flooring, so county and city rules apply.

From YouTube comments on an epoxy flooring business video

“What CRM or sales pipeline works best for an epoxy business?”

Our answer: Jobber, Housecall Pro and ServiceTitan all handle the quote, schedule and invoice flow a coating company needs, with QuickBooks for the books and CompanyCam for job photos. Pick the one that accepts website form submissions with photos, alerts your phone and records the lead source. Then make sure every form on your website posts straight into it, so nothing is retyped or lost.

Questions are paraphrased from public posts and comments on Reddit, YouTube, forums and social media. We never quote anyone by name.

Why Billion Web Studio

Why choose Billion Web Studio for an epoxy flooring website?

Epoxy and floor coating companies choose Billion Web Studio for these reasons: billion Web Studio plans around how you sell; pages that explain the work, not just show it; we know the claims that get coating firms in trouble.

  • Billion Web Studio plans around how you sell

A garage-only crew, a decorative metallic specialist and an industrial applicator need different home pages and calls to action. Billion Web Studio starts from your sales process and your job software, then builds the pages that match.

  • Pages that explain the work, not just show it

Billion Web Studio writes system, prep, moisture and warranty pages from your crew's experience and your jobs, so the site has something a gallery-only competitor does not.

  • We know the claims that get coating firms in trouble

License numbers, "bonded", dust-free grinding, VOC and odor claims, financing and reviews are written against the actual rules, with anything uncertain flagged for your attorney.

  • You keep the site, the numbers and the listings

Domain, hosting, code, content, Google Business Profile access and tracking numbers sit in your accounts from day one. No per-lead fees, no buyout clause, no lock-in.

  • Fixed quote in 1 business day, with a free audit

Billion Web Studio reviews your current site, listings and tracking, then sends a written scope and fixed quote based on pages, features, integrations and content. No hourly billing.

  • Dated plan and weekly written updates

A week-by-week plan and a written update every week. If we slip a date because of us, the next month of support is free.

In writing, before we start

Proof, not promises

What results have Billion Web Studio websites produced for businesses like yours?

Blues Renewables (rooftop solar installer) reached 7 to 10 leads a week, from 0; Terah Tex (uniform manufacturing) reached 5 leads a week, from 0. The lead system an epoxy company needs is proven on Blues Renewables, a local installer selling a large home project with a price question at the start, as a garage floor coating company does. Price pages for every system size, calculators, 129 local area guides and every form and call tracked as a GA4 lead event took it from no tracked leads to 7 to 10 enquiries a week, and Google clicks from 14 to 560 a fortnight in two months, with mobile Lighthouse scores in the mid 80s to mid 90s. For an epoxy company, the price pages become garage size and system pages that explain what drives the price, and the area guides become town pages with real floors. Terah Tex shows the two-step quote form Billion Web Studio uses for qualified requests: 16 category pages and a form that asks the right questions before contact details took it from no website enquiries to about 5 bulk-order leads a week, the same pattern as a quote form that asks for garage size, condition and photos first.

What do epoxy and floor coating companies ask about epoxy flooring websites?

Billion Web Studio answers the questions owners ask us, and the ones they ask Google and AI assistants. Ask us anything else.

How much does an epoxy flooring website cost?

An epoxy flooring website from Billion Web Studio costs $2,400 to $9,800 for an 8 to 15 page business website and $6,000 to $28,000 for a 20 to 50 page website with integrations or many service and location pages. Those ranges are 80 to 140 and 200 to 400 hours of work at $30 to $70 an hour, and projects start at $1,000. The price depends on number of system, service and guide pages, and whether you need a commercial and industrial section, whether you want a static flake and color chart or an interactive visualizer and number of service area pages, and how many real jobs we have for each town. Billion Web Studio sends one fixed quote within 1 business day of a free audit.

How long does it take to build an epoxy flooring website?

Most epoxy and floor coating sites take 4 to 8 weeks. Larger builds with a commercial section, a color visualizer or many area pages take 8 to 12 weeks. You get a dated week-by-week plan and written updates every week.

What pages should an epoxy flooring website have?

An epoxy flooring website needs a page for each system you install (flake, metallic, quartz, polyaspartic), a garage floor page, surface prep and grinding, moisture testing, cure time and care, a flake and color chart, a before-and-after gallery by town and system, warranty terms, reviews, About with license numbers, a quote form and real pages for the towns you serve. Add a commercial and industrial section if you take that work.

Should an epoxy company show prices on its website?

An epoxy company should at least explain what drives the price, and publishing a range is your call. Buyers have already seen cost guide figures per square foot, so silence sends them to competitors. A page on garage size, condition, prep and system, next to the quote form, cuts wasted estimates either way.

What should an epoxy quote form ask for?

An epoxy quote form should ask for square footage or garage size (1, 2 or 3 car), floor condition (new, cracked, oil stained, old coating), photos, the finish wanted and timing before it asks for contact details. Commercial bids add use, chemicals, downtime windows and plans.

Can the website show flake colors and a visualizer?

Billion Web Studio builds a flake and color chart with real floor close-ups on every epoxy site, and adds an interactive visualizer if you want one. Color choice and sample requests are tracked as lead steps.

Can you build pages for commercial and industrial floor coating?

Billion Web Studio builds a separate commercial section with pages for warehouses, shops, commercial kitchens, showrooms and hangars, the performance and downtime details facility buyers ask about, and a bid request that accepts plans.

Will the website connect to Jobber, Housecall Pro or ServiceTitan?

Quote requests post into Jobber, Housecall Pro, ServiceTitan or your CRM with photos attached. Where there is no direct connection, Billion Web Studio uses the system's own request form or email intake so nothing is typed twice.

Do I need to show my license number on my epoxy website?

California and Arizona contractors need their license number on the website: CSLB requires it on advertising including websites, and Arizona requires the ROC number on internet ads. Florida has no state license for painting or wood or tile flooring, so check county and city rules. Billion Web Studio places the right number for each state you work in.

Can we call our coatings low VOC or odor free?

Only as far as the product data sheet supports it. The FTC Green Guides treat unqualified free-of and non-toxic claims as deceptive, and California air districts such as South Coast AQMD set VOC limits for floor coatings. Billion Web Studio words these claims exactly as the manufacturer states them.

How do I get my epoxy company recommended by ChatGPT and Google AI answers?

Keep your listings consistent with the site, keep recent reviews coming, and publish direct answers on systems, prep and cure time with real jobs by town. Billion Web Studio adds structured data and states systems, warranty terms and licenses in plain text. No one can guarantee an AI mention.

Should I make a page for every town near me?

Make a page only for towns your crew genuinely serves, each with jobs, photos and reviews from that town. Copy-paste city pages for places you never work do not rank well and can mislead buyers.

Who owns the website if I stop working with you?

You do, from day one. The domain, hosting, code, design, content, analytics and tracking numbers are in your accounts. There is no lock-in and no buyout clause.

Can you redesign our coating site without losing Google rankings?

Billion Web Studio maps every existing URL to its new page, keeps the pages that already rank, carries over titles and content that work, and sets redirects before launch. We then watch Search Console and fix crawl errors during the 30-day support period.
