Self Storage Website Development Company for More Online Rentals and Move-Ins

Most renters pick a unit on a phone, during a move, after your office has closed. We build independent storage sites that show the real rate for every size, rent and e-sign the lease through your management software, send the gate code, and show which page and which search produced each move-in.

The short answer

What does a self storage website development company do?

A self storage website development company builds websites for storage facilities that turn searches like "10x10 storage near me" or "climate controlled storage in [town]" into completed rentals, reservations and calls. The site has to show live unit sizes and rates, let a renter reserve or rent and sign the lease at 11 p.m., deliver the gate code, answer what fits in each size, and record which page and which search produced each move-in.

For an independent facility that means a page for each location with its own unit grid, access hours and directions, a size guide with photos, pages for climate controlled, drive-up, vehicle, RV and boat storage, a business storage page, a tenant portal link for payments and auto-pay, and a rental flow that carries your lease, your lien clause in the format your state requires, the military status question and electronic signature consent. Remote and kiosk-run facilities need all of it to work without staff.

Billion Web Studio is a self storage website development company that delivers this as one fixed-scope project: design, facility and unit pages, SelfStorage schema, call and rental tracking in GA4, and online rentals through the rental API or embed from storEDGE, SiteLink, Yardi Breeze, Easy Storage Solutions or the management software you run. You own the site, the domain and every account from day one, so changing software or marketing vendors never takes your website with it.

The market

What the numbers say about independent self storage facilities online

Self storage is run mostly by small operators competing with a few very large ones. The big REITs have taught renters to expect a phone-first rental they can finish without talking to anyone. Independents can match that, but only if the website rents units instead of just listing a phone number. These figures show who you compete with and how renters now choose.

How they choose

How renters find and choose a self storage facility

Nobody browses storage for fun. A renter needs space because life changed: a move, a sale, a renovation, a divorce, a death in the family, a dorm closing for summer or a boat with nowhere to park. They search close to home, compare two or three facilities in minutes and rent from the one that makes it easy. Here is that path and what your site has to do at each step.

  1. 1

The trigger: a move date or a sudden need

The search is specific and local: "storage units near me", "10x10 storage Round Rock", "climate controlled storage near me", "RV storage [town]". Operators on r/selfstorage say people rent only when they need it, so the site has to be ready for the renter who is packing tonight.

  2. 2

The shortlist: map pack, AI answer, two or three facilities

Distance decides most of the shortlist. Your site, Google Business Profile and directory listings must give the same name, address, phone, office hours and access hours, so every source points to the same facility. Each facility page has to stand on its own, because that is where the map pack click lands.

  3. 3

The comparison: size, price, access, security

The renter wants the rate for the size they need, whether it is climate controlled or drive-up, the gate hours, what the security really is and what the first month costs with fees. A "call for pricing" button or a stale rate sends them back to the next listing.

  4. 4

The rental: reserve, or rent and sign now

Some renters hold a unit for move day; others want to sign, pay and get the gate code tonight. Both paths run through your management software, with the lease, lien clause, military status question and electronic signature consent in the flow. Calls still come, so the number dials from every screen.

  5. 5

The stay: auto-pay, portal and the review

Length of stay is where the money is. A clear pay my bill link, auto-pay sign-up, size change and move-out notice pages keep tenants happy, and one review request after move-in builds the recent reviews the next renter checks.

The problem

Why most self storage websites lose rentals

What we find again and again when we audit sites in this trade. None of it is about how the site looks.

Leak 01

Your site looks like every other facility on the same software

Operators on the SiteLink StorageForum and r/selfstorage describe the websites bundled with management software as generic and alike. An SEO who works only with storage operators wrote in March 2026 that these template sites look similar to Google, and that facilities that break out add real location and unit-type pages on top.

Leak 02

"Call for pricing" after hours

A renter at 10 p.m. on a Sunday cannot call. If the site shows no live rate and cannot take the rental, the facility down the road that can wins the unit. For a kiosk-run or remote facility, a site that does not rent is a closed office.

Leak 03

You stay with a vendor because of the integration

A Texas owner on the TXSSA board said their marketing company raised its rate every year for little more than a monthly analytics report, and they stayed only because it handled the website's connection to their management software. That is a website you rent, not one you own.

Leak 04

Aggregators and ads rent the units, not your site

An owner-investor interviewed by Inside Self Storage in October 2025 said aggregator costs cut into margin, and operators on r/selfstorage say paid search works only with testing. Ads that land on a homepage with no unit grid pay for clicks that never become rentals.

Leak 05

The online lease skips what your state requires

A rental form that collects a card but not the lien clause in the required format, the active-duty question or electronic signature consent can cost you when a tenant defaults. Texas, for example, allows a sale without a court only when the lien clause is underlined or in conspicuous bold in the written rental agreement.

Leak 06

No idea which page produced a move-in

An owner of 15 facilities was told on r/SEO that you cannot know whether a renter saw your website, because they show up in person. You can, if the rental, reservation and call each fire a tracked event and the reservation ID carries through to the move-in in your software.

Our research

We checked 18 real self storage websites. Here is what we found.

On October 23, 2026 we opened the homepages of 18 independent self storage facilities that rank in Google Maps in 10 US metros, the way a customer would on a phone, and ran a mobile Lighthouse test on each. Every number below comes from that check.

  • 54/100

median mobile Lighthouse performance score (90 or more is good)

  • 10.3 s

median time to show the main content on a phone (target: 2.5 seconds or less)

  • 2.2 MB

median homepage download on a phone, before anyone scrolls

  • 18 of 18 took longer than 2.5 seconds to show their main content in a mobile Lighthouse test

  • 12 of 18 show a tap-to-call link on the first phone screen

  • 14 of 18 show a clear call, book or quote button on the first screen

  • 9 of 18 have a contact or quote form on the homepage

  • 13 of 18 let visitors book or schedule online

  • 11 of 18 describe the business to Google with business schema markup

  • 16 of 18 have Google Analytics or Tag Manager installed

  • 6 of 18 use call tracking

  • 1 of 18 show a copyright year of 2024 or older (of the sites that show one)

  • 2 of 18 have images with no alt text

  • 15 of 18 link to a privacy policy

  • 5 of 18 offer live chat or texting

What this means for your self storage website

The three biggest gaps in the sample. Each is fixable, and each is a reason a customer picks the next result instead of you.

See how your site compares →
  1. 1

18 of 18 took longer than 2.5 seconds to show their main content in a mobile Lighthouse test. Google counts 2.5 seconds or less as a good Largest Contentful Paint. Slow first screens lose visitors before they see your phone number.

  2. 2

Only 5 of 18 offer live chat or texting. Many customers would rather text than call, especially outside office hours.

  3. 3

Only 6 of 18 use call tracking. Calls are the main lead source in most local trades. Without call tracking you cannot see which marketing made the phone ring.

How we checked: Google Maps results for “self storage facility” in Houston, Phoenix, Atlanta, Denver, Charlotte, Columbus, Tampa, Nashville, Kansas City, Sacramento; the two highest-ranked independent businesses per city (chains and directory listings left out). 20 homepages sampled, 18 loaded for our checker (the rest blocked automated visits), 18 scored by Lighthouse in mobile mode. Lighthouse is a lab test and varies run to run; it is not the same as Google's real-user Core Web Vitals. Businesses are not named. Checked October 23, 2026.

What you need

What every self storage website needs

The features that turn a self storage website from a brochure into the best salesperson you have. We build all of them.

  1. Must-have · 01

A live unit grid on every facility page

Size, type (climate controlled, drive-up, indoor, parking), the current web rate, any first-month offer with its terms shown beside it, and units left, pulled from your management software so the site never shows a rate you stopped charging.

  2. Must-have · 02

Rent now and reserve, both through your software

A renter can hold a unit for move day or rent, sign and pay tonight. Both run through the rental API or embed from storEDGE, SiteLink, Yardi Breeze, Easy Storage Solutions or your current system, so the rental lands in the same place a counter rental does.

  3. Must-have · 03

A rental flow that carries your lease

Your state association lease, the lien clause in the format your state requires, an active-duty military status question, an alternate contact, the protection plan or insurance choice worded as your provider describes it, and electronic signature consent before the signature.

  4. Must-have · 04

Gate code and move-in instructions sent at once

The confirmation page and text say how to get in, the gate hours, where the unit is, what lock to bring and how to reach someone, so an after-hours renter can move in without waiting for the office.

  5. Must-have · 05

A size guide with your real units

Photos of your actual units with what fits: a 5x5 for boxes and a bike, a 10x10 for a one-bedroom, a 10x20 for a house or a car. It is the page renters and AI tools use most to answer "what size do I need".

  6. Must-have · 06

Pages for the storage you actually offer

Climate controlled, drive-up, vehicle, RV and boat (lengths, covered or open, power), business and inventory storage, student storage, and moving supplies or truck rental if you offer them. Each page shows the matching units from the grid.

  7. Must-have · 07

Access, security and hours stated plainly

Office hours and gate hours as separate lines, gated keypad access, cameras, lighting, on-site manager or remote help, and what happens if a renter forgets the code. Only the features you really have.

  8. Must-have · 08

Fees and offers next to the rent

Admin fee, required lock or protection plan, deposits and how rate changes are handled, shown where the rent is, not in the lease footer. First-month offers say who qualifies and for how long.

  9. Must-have · 09

Pay my bill, auto-pay and move-out pages

A clear link to your tenant portal for payments and auto-pay, plus size change and move-out notice pages. Fewer calls to the office, fewer late payments and longer stays.

  10. Must-have · 10

Reviews as text, with recent dates

Your Google rating and recent reviews on each facility page as text with a link to the source, and one review request sent to every tenant after move-in. BrightLocal found 74% of consumers look for reviews written in the last three months.

  11. Must-have · 11

Lien sale and auction notices handled carefully

If your state allows online lien sales, a page that links to your auction listings and states your rules, written to your state's law and your counsel's wording.

  12. Must-have · 12

SelfStorage schema and fast mobile pages

schema.org SelfStorage markup per facility with address, phone, hours and area served, plus Core Web Vitals targets of LCP 2.5 seconds or less, INP 200 ms or less and CLS 0.1 or less for renters searching from a moving truck.

Calls, bookings, leads

How we turn visitors into rentals

Good self storage website design is judged in move-ins: a visitor becomes a rental, a reservation or a call, and you can see which page and which search produced it. This is how we build that path and track every lead.

  • 01Rent now and reserve as tracked eventsEach completed rental, reservation and started-but-abandoned rental fires its own GA4 event with the facility, unit size and source, so you see which pages and searches rent which sizes.
  • 02The reservation ID carried to the move-inWhere your software exposes it, the reservation or lease ID is stored with the web lead, so your monthly report can say how many web reservations actually moved in, not just how many were made.
  • 03A two-step reserve formSize, move-in date and facility first, contact details second. Renters who stop after step one can still get a reminder if they gave consent, and your manager sees the size before calling.
  • 04Tap to call with call trackingThe number dials from every screen. Dynamic number insertion swaps the shown number for ad visitors only, so your main number stays the same in the footer, the schema and your Google profile, and after-hours calls show up as demand you can measure.
  • 05Waitlist for sold-out sizesWhen a size is full, a waitlist form takes the renter's details instead of a dead end, and your manager can offer the next unit that opens.
  • 06Texts that follow the rulesGate codes, payment receipts and move-in steps go out as service messages. Offers and rate promotions go only to people who ticked a separate, unticked SMS consent box, as the TCPA requires for marketing texts.
  • 07A monthly report in plain numbersRentals, reservations, calls and move-ins by facility, page and source. You can hold any ad or aggregator spend to the same numbers, in accounts you own.

AI search

Renters now ask assistants where to store things. BrightLocal's 2026 survey found 45% of consumers use ChatGPT or other AI tools for local recommendations, up from 6% a year earlier. Storage questions are specific, about sizes, climate control, access hours and vehicle space, and an assistant can only answer with your facility if those facts are written on your pages. Nobody can guarantee a mention, but a site machines can read gives AI tools your facts.

Questions your renters ask AI assistants

  • What size storage unit do I need for a two-bedroom apartment?
  • Which storage facilities near me have 24-hour access?
  • Where can I store a 30-foot RV near Round Rock?
  • Is climate controlled storage worth it for furniture in Houston?
  • Which storage units near me let me rent online tonight?
  • What happens if I miss a storage payment?
  • Facts written as text, not images

Unit sizes and types, gate and office hours, security features, vehicle space lengths and fees written on the page as text. An assistant cannot read a rate that only loads inside a widget or a feature list baked into a banner image.

  • A size guide that answers the question

"What size do I need" is the most common storage question. A guide that states what fits in each size, in plain sentences with your real photos, is the page an assistant can quote.

  • Facility pages with one identity everywhere

The same name, address, phone and hours on the facility page, your Google Business Profile and directory listings. A different phone number after a vendor change is the kind of mismatch AI answers repeat.

  • SelfStorage schema per facility

schema.org SelfStorage markup with address, phone, opening hours, area served and amenities, matching what the visitor sees on the page.

  • Answers to tenant questions in your words

Late fees and what happens after a missed payment, how to move out, whether you take deliveries, what you cannot store. Written once on the FAQ in plain language, consistent with your lease.

  • Crawler access checked

We check robots rules, firewall and bot protection settings so reputable search and AI crawlers can reach your facility and unit pages, and we confirm in server logs after launch.

Compliance and trust

The rules a self storage website has to get right

A storage site is also the front door of your lease. Lien laws, military protections, electronic signature rules, price display, insurance licensing, texting and accessibility all touch the pages and the rental flow, and they differ by state. We build the pages, fields and wording so you can meet them; we do not certify compliance, and your state association or counsel confirms the details.

Your state's lien law in the online lease

Self storage lien laws set what the rental agreement must say and how notices and sales work, and they change often. Texas, for example, allows seizure and sale without a court only under a lien clause underlined or in conspicuous bold print in the written agreement (Tex. Prop. Code 59.041), and lets the sale run through an internet website while still requiring newspaper notice (59.044). We put your state association's lease and its required formatting into the online flow.

Military status before a lien sale

The Servicemembers Civil Relief Act (50 U.S.C. 3958) bars enforcing a lien on a servicemember's stored property during military service and for 90 days after without a court order, and a knowing violation can bring a fine or up to a year in prison. The rental form asks active-duty status so your manager knows before any lien process starts.

Electronic signatures and records

Under the E-SIGN Act (15 U.S.C. 7001(c)), where a law requires information to be given in writing, an electronic record counts only after the consumer consents and is told about the right to paper copies, how to withdraw and what they need to open the records. We place that consent before the signature step and store the signed lease in your software.

Rates, fees and offers shown honestly

California's honest pricing law (SB 478, in force since 1 July 2024) bars advertising or displaying a price that leaves out mandatory fees; the Attorney General's guidance does not say how one-time fees are treated, and storage trade sources disagree. We show admin fees, required locks or plans beside the rent and state the terms of first-month offers, and your counsel sets the wording for your state.

Tenant insurance and protection plans

Selling tenant insurance can require an insurance license; many states offer a limited lines license for storage operators, and a protection plan is a different product. We label each exactly as your provider and your license describe it and never call a protection plan insurance.

Reviews, texts and accessibility

The FTC's Consumer Reviews and Testimonials Rule bans fake reviews and rewards tied to positive ones, so one review request goes to every tenant. Marketing texts need prior express written consent under the TCPA, so forms carry a separate unticked box. The Justice Department says the ADA applies to business websites; we build to WCAG 2.1 AA targets and do not promise lawsuit protection.

We build with tools and patterns that support these rules and document what we set up. For legal advice on your own obligations, talk to your attorney.

Asked online

What independent self storage facilities ask about websites, answered

We read what storage owners ask on r/selfstorage, the SiteLink StorageForum, the Texas Self Storage Association's member board, r/SEO and r/localseo, and what viewers ask under YouTube videos about owning a storage facility. The same worries come up: vendor websites that look alike, staying with a vendor only for the integration, filling units, lien sales and whether a small operator can compete with the big brands online. These are their questions, paraphrased, with factual answers.

Where owners talkr/selfstorageSiteLink StorageForumTXSSA community boardr/SEOr/localseoYouTube comments on self storage ownership videos

From r/selfstorage

“I dislike the website that came with our management software. Can I build a better site and still let tenants reserve and pay online?”

Our answer: Yes. A reply on that thread said a third party built it through the software's API, with some learning curve. Most facility management systems offer either a rental API or an embeddable rental widget. The design, pages and content can be anything you like, as long as the reserve, rent, sign and pay steps run through the software, so rentals land where counter rentals do. Test a full rental, including the gate code, before launch.

From TXSSA community board

“Our marketing company raises its rate every year for a monthly analytics report. We stay only because they handle the website's connection to our software. What are the options?”

Our answer: Separate the three things you are paying for: the website, the software integration and the reporting. GA4 and Search Console are free and can sit in your own Google account, so the report does not need a vendor. The integration is usually your software's embed or API, which any competent developer can install. Before switching, get the domain, hosting login and Google accounts into your name, then move.

From SiteLink StorageForum

“Is the website from our software vendor good enough, or does it hold us back?”

Our answer: Operators on that board said vendor sites are generic and look like every other facility using the same service. They work for renting, but facilities that stand out add their own content: a page per facility with real photos, gate and office hours, unit-type pages for climate controlled, drive-up and vehicle storage, and a size guide. Keep the vendor's rental flow if it works and build those pages around it.

From r/selfstorage

“We just bought a facility and the website and books are still in the previous owner's accounts. Where do we start?”

Our answer: The top reply said join your state self storage association first, because it supplies the rental agreement every tenant should sign, including existing tenants. For the website, list every account the seller controlled: domain registrar, hosting, Google Business Profile, analytics, software and payment processor. Transfer each into your name or recreate it before rebuilding anything, so you never lose the domain or the reviews.

From YouTube comments on a video about owning a storage facility

“What software do you use for payments and the website, and how do you set up a website for a facility?”

Our answer: Most operators run a facility management system that handles rentals, billing, auto-pay and gate codes, and connect the website to it. Common systems include storEDGE and SiteLink, Yardi Breeze and Easy Storage Solutions. Pick the software first, confirm it offers online rentals through an API or embed, then build the site around that flow with a page per facility, live rates and a size guide.

From YouTube comments on a video about owning a storage facility

“What if a renter wants to see the unit before renting?”

Our answer: Many will rent without visiting if the site shows enough. Post real photos of each unit type, a short video walk of the hallways and gate, exact dimensions and a size guide that says what fits. Public Storage reported that about 75% of its 2024 move-ins used its online lease. Keep office or call-back hours visible for the renters who still want a look first.

From YouTube comments on a video about storage facility economics

“The big REITs own the search results. Is there still room online for a small operator?”

Our answer: Yes, mostly through local search. Google says local results depend on relevance, distance and prominence, so a nearby independent can show above a national brand for searches close to its gate. Win the second look with a complete Google Business Profile, recent reviews, live rates and a page that rents units at night. Census counts 18,564 storage employer establishments, and 98% have fewer than 10 employees.

From YouTube comments on a video about buying a storage business

“How long before you can remove a tenant who stops paying?”

Our answer: Your state's self storage lien law sets the notices, waiting periods and sale steps, and they differ widely. Texas, for example, allows a sale without a court only if the lease carries the lien clause underlined or in conspicuous bold, and requires the sale notice in a newspaper twice. Federal law bars lien sales against active-duty servicemembers without a court order. Ask your state association for its lease and notice forms.

From r/selfstorage

“Our new facility is tucked away with no drive-by traffic. What actually fills units?”

Our answer: Replies named Google Ads with steady testing, Local Services Ads where available, signs and flags, flyers to neighbors and sharp pricing. Each of those needs a landing page that shows rates and rents the unit, plus a tracked rental event, so you can compare cost per move-in by channel. Without tracking, a channel that looks busy may not be filling units.

From r/SEO

“We own 15 facilities in different cities. How do we know if SEO is working when renters just show up?”

Our answer: One reply said you cannot know if a walk-in saw your site. You can get much closer. Track online rentals, reservations and calls as GA4 events, carry the reservation ID into your management software where it allows, and compare web reservations with move-ins each month by facility. Search Console then shows which searches reach each facility page.

From r/localseo

“We were mid page one, added six blog posts naming our town, and dropped. What happened?”

Our answer: One thread cannot diagnose it, and rankings move for many reasons. Thin posts that repeat the town name rarely help a facility rank. Check Search Console for indexing changes, then strengthen the facility page itself: units and rates, photos, hours, directions, reviews and a size guide. Pages for the storage types you actually offer usually do more than blog posts.

From r/selfstorage

“Our rural facilities cannot get three bidders on site. Which online auction service should we use?”

Our answer: Replies named the main storage auction platforms, and another thread warned to follow the law exactly because mistakes are expensive. Check that your state allows online lien sales first. Texas, for example, lets the sale run through a website but still requires newspaper notice. Your own site can link to current auctions and state your rules, such as cleaning deposits and pickup times.

Questions are paraphrased from public posts and comments on Reddit, YouTube, forums and social media. We never quote anyone by name.

Why Billion Web Studio

What we do better, and why it matters to you

  • A fixed quote in 1 business day, with a free audit

We review your current site, rental flow, rate display, facility pages and tracking, confirm what your management software exposes, then send a written scope and a fixed price based on pages, features, integrations and content. No hourly billing.

  • You own everything from day one

Code, design, content, photos, domain, hosting, GA4, Search Console and call tracking in your name. The rental embed is swappable, so changing software or vendors does not take your website with it.

  • Built around how a storage facility runs

Live unit grids, rent now and reserve, gate code delivery, a size guide, vehicle and RV pages, the tenant portal and per-facility structure are in the plan from week one, including for facilities with nobody on site.

  • Your lease and state rules in the rental flow

Lien clause formatting, active-duty status, electronic signature consent, fee display and insurance wording, built in and confirmed with you and your counsel.

  • Every move-in traced to its source

Rentals, reservations and calls tracked by facility, unit size and source, with the reservation ID carried into your software where it allows, so you can compare ad and aggregator spend to real move-ins.

  • A dated plan and a guarantee on it

A week-by-week plan, weekly written updates and 30 days of free support after launch. If we slip a date because of us, the next month of support is free.

Proof, not promises

Results from websites we have built

Blues Renewables, a local service business (a rooftop solar installer), runs on the system a storage facility needs: a price for every size, local pages and every lead tracked. Its site went from no tracked leads to 7 to 10 enquiries a week from quote forms, calls and WhatsApp, and Google clicks rose from 14 to 560 a fortnight in two months, with every form and call recorded in GA4. Its price pages for every system size are the pattern for a unit grid with a rate for every size; its 129 local area guides are the pattern for facility and neighborhood pages. Terah Tex's two-step quote form, which took the site from no website enquiries to about 5 bulk-order leads a week, is the pattern for the two-step reserve form.

Self storage website questions, answered

Straight answers to what owners ask us, and what they ask Google and AI assistants. Ask us anything else.

How much does a self storage website cost?

We quote one fixed price, agreed before work starts, based on the number of facilities and pages, features, integrations such as your management software's rental flow, and content. You get it within 1 business day of a free audit of your current site. There is no hourly billing.

How long does it take to build a self storage website?

One to three facilities usually take 4 to 8 weeks. Larger portfolios, or sites with many neighborhood and unit-type pages, take 8 to 12 weeks. You get a dated week-by-week plan before we start.

Can renters rent, sign and pay online through my management software?

Usually yes. We connect to the rental API or embed from storEDGE, SiteLink, Yardi Breeze, Easy Storage Solutions or your current system, so rentals, leases and payments land in your software. If your software does not offer online rentals, we tell you during the free audit, before we quote.

If I change management software, does my website break?

No. The website is separate from your software. If you switch, we replace the rental connection and keep the pages, content and rankings.

Do I need my own website if I list on aggregator sites?

Aggregators bring renters, at a cost per rental. Your own site rents units without that fee, carries your lease and offers, and shows which searches and pages produce move-ins, so you can judge what each listing returns.

Can the website handle a facility with no one on site?

Yes. The site shows live rates, takes the rental, captures the lease and consent, sends the gate code and move-in steps, and routes questions to your call center or remote manager. We test the full path as a renter would at night.

Can you put our lien rules and auction notices on the site?

We build the lease step and an auction or lien sale page to match your state's law and your counsel's wording, including the military status question. We do not give legal advice or certify compliance.

Should we show prices online?

Yes, in most markets. Renters compare rates for a size before they call, and a live grid from your software keeps the number right. Show any admin fee, required lock or plan beside the rent so the first month holds no surprise.

We run several facilities. One website or several?

Usually one website with a page per facility, each with its own unit grid, hours, photos and SelfStorage schema, and a rental flow that starts with the location. Each facility keeps its own Google Business Profile.

Do I own the website, domain and content?

Yes, from day one. Code, design, content, photos, domain, hosting, GA4 and Search Console accounts are in your name. There is no lock-in, so you can take the site to another developer at any time.

Will a new website fill my units?

We do not guarantee rankings or rentals. A new site changes how many searchers become renters: live rates, online rental at any hour, clear sizes and fees, and tracking that shows which page produced each move-in. On a rooftop solar installer's site (not a storage facility), the same tracked lead system took enquiries from none to 7 to 10 a week.

How does my facility show up in ChatGPT and Google AI answers?

Assistants lean on your Google profile, your reviews and your own pages. We write sizes, hours, security, vehicle space and policies as plain text, add SelfStorage schema per facility and check crawler access. No one can guarantee an AI mention, but specific, consistent pages give assistants something accurate to cite.

What makes you different from another self storage web design company?

We put the terms in writing first: a fixed quote in 1 business day, a dated plan, your ownership of everything and no lock-in. The build covers live unit grids, online rentals through your software, your lease and state rules in the flow, facility and size pages, and tracking to the move-in, in your own accounts.
